Operational Efficiency
QuickSigner is the electronic signature solution built for speed and simplicity. Upload your PDF or Word document, add signers, and send it for signature in under a minute — no printing, scanning, or chasing paperwork. Backed by ISO/IEC 27001:2022 security and AATL-certified signatures, your team eSigns legally binding agreements faster, so deals close sooner and nothing gets stuck waiting on a signature.

DocuSign Alternative
The same legally binding, AATL-certified signatures as DocuSign — but with unlimited documents on every paid plan and no per-seat lock-in. DocuSign caps Standard and Business Pro at ~100 envelopes per user per year, with overage fees beyond that. QuickSigner starts free, with unlimited-document plans from $48/year, plus an eSign API from $0.30 per document.

Legal Security
Every QuickSigner document is sealed with a certificate-based electronic signature and a full audit trail — built on Adobe-certified (AATL) signature technology and ISO/IEC 27001 security standards. Once signed, it can’t be altered, and if a document is ever challenged, you have verifiable proof of every signature.

Collaboration Made Easy
Sign together, from anywhere. Whether your signers are across the hall or across continents, everyone can review and sign from any device — no printing, no scanning, no waiting on the mail.

Document Management
One source of truth for every document. Upload PDF and Word files, centralize storage, monitor signing status in real time, and find any signed contract in seconds. Reuse templates for documents you send often, with a complete audit trail attached to each one — your entire signing pipeline, organized and searchable.

Flexibility
Your process, your rules. Set up any signing workflow your business needs — sequential signing, multiple signers, specific pages, and custom signing order. Whether you sign one document a month or thousands, QuickSigner adapts to how you work, with no envelope caps and no per-seat lock-in.

Mobile Experience
Sign anywhere. Literally. Phone, tablet, laptop — same full experience, same security on every device. Business doesn’t pause when you step away from your desk.

Confidentiality and Security
Your documents are protected at every stage. QuickSigner secures data in transit and at rest with AES-256 encryption, runs on ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified infrastructure, and is fully GDPR compliant. Role-based access controls and a complete audit trail mean only authorized people can view each document — and every action is recorded, from upload to archive.

Environmental Protection
Going paperless cuts real waste. Every document you eSign with QuickSigner is one less page printed, one less courier trip, and one less filing cabinet — reducing paper use, ink, and shipping emissions across your business. Sustainability built into the way you work, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Legally binding eSignatures
Documents and agreements eSigned with QuickSigner are legally recognized in the USA, UK and all EU member states.
In the USA, as per the ESIGN Act, electronic signatures are legal in every state and U.S. territory where federal law applies. Where federal law does not apply, 49 U.S. states have adopted the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), which was published by the Uniform Law Commission (then the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws) in 1999.
In the UK, online and electronic signatures carry legal recognition and are governed by several legislative instruments. These include the Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions Regulations (2016), the Electronic Communications Act of 2000 (ECA), and the UK’s adapted version of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions (eIDAS).
In the EU, since July 1, 2016, all the member states have adopted the eIDAS regulation, a regulation on the legal effect of electronic signatures.
QuickSigner uses the PAdES standard for Advanced Electronic Signatures and is backed by the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL).

An electronic signature (or e-signature) is data in electronic form that a person attaches to, or logically associates with, a document to show they agree to its contents. In plain terms: it's any electronic way of signing something — a typed name, a signature drawn on a touchscreen, an uploaded image of your handwriting, or a click of an "I agree" button — applied with the intent to sign. When it meets the legal requirements where it's used, an electronic

Building a Trusted, Legally Binding E-Signature Integration for the US and EU (2026) A digital signature API is the difference between a signing feature people tolerate and one they build their business on. Most documentation treats it as a black box — call an endpoint, get a signed PDF back. This guide opens the box: the cryptography that makes a signature legally meaningful, the US and EU rules that grade it, and the evidence-based factors that decide whether developers keep

Quick Answer An electronic signature API is a REST interface that lets your own application upload documents, define signers and fields, send signing requests, track status, and retrieve legally binding, cryptographically sealed PDFs without your users ever leaving your product. The best APIs, such as QuickSigner, implement the PAdES standard, sign with AATL (Adobe Approved Trust List) certificates, embed a qualified timestamp for long-term validity, and are ISO/IEC 27001:2022, eIDAS, and ESIGN/UETA compliant.
