Data Confidentiality Commitment:

1.1. The processed data belong to users, and QuickSigner does not claim ownership of user data. As the personal data operator, QuickSigner complies with national and European legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

1.2. QuickSigner will not access, view, or use user data stored on servers owned by the Company, and your data will only be used for storage purposes, for providing the specific services offered by QuickSigner. Additionally, users have the right to access their own personal data, rectify them, or delete them.

1.3. User data at QuickSigner is stored only for the purpose of providing the services of the QuickSigner application. To the extent required, the use of processed data for other purposes will only be done with the consent of the data subject.

1.4. QuickSigner makes every effort to protect your personal data in our possession or control by establishing adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or other similar risks.

1.5. Data Security: We will implement industry-standard security measures to protect customer data stored on our servers from unauthorized access, disclosure, or breach.

1.6. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize user data to third parties.

Data Access and Sharing:

2.1. Users of the QuickSigner application have full control over the individuals who can access and share personal data stored on the Company’s servers, with any access or sharing of personal data subject to the authorization of the data subject.

2.2. QuickSigner will not grant access to user data stored on the Company’s servers to any third party without your explicit permission, except where access to personal data is required by law.

2.3. In the case of requests concerning personal data made by authorized persons, such as legal authorities or governmental agencies, the Company will comply with the requests in the event of a legal obligation to do so, and we will notify you accordingly, except where prohibited by law.

Data Retention and Deletion:

3.1. Personal data is stored by QuickSigner for the period necessary for the purpose mentioned above, taking into account the provisions of national and European legislation in the field, after which they will be archived in accordance with applicable law. Processing will cease immediately upon exercising the right to object or withdrawing consent, considering that the processing of personal data is based solely on your consent.

3.2. At the request of data subjects, personal data will be deleted or anonymized as soon as possible, except where their retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
